Delivery information: July 27 - September 10

Due to special events taking place in London between July 27 - September 10 temporary changes will be made to our delivery services. To ensure minimal disruptions are caused to all of your orders / deliveries, we will continually be working closely with our carriers to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

NEXT DAY AND NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY
Due to planned road closures and travel restrictions, the option for Next day and Nominated day deliveries will not be available between July 27 – September 10.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed using our Standard delivery service will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days. However, between July 27 – September 10, orders dispatched to specific areas may be delivered 1 day later. To find out if your delivery address falls into one of the affected areas, please see the list below.

Banstead, Brent, Camberwell, Camden Town, Dorchester, East Ham, Ealing, Guildford, Hammersmith, Hounslow, Ilford, Islington, Iver, Hackney, Kingston Upon Thames, Paddington, Poplar, Reigate, Romford, Richmond, Southall & Westminster

In the event which your parcel falls outside of the 3 - 5 working day delivery period, our carriers will attempt to delivery your order on the next available working day.

LOCKDOWN ZONES
Unfortunately, during this event period there will be a selection of areas which we will not be able to deliver to. These areas are venue-based areas where the games will be taking place between July 27 – September 10.
